     Troy VFD serves the biggest fire district in Bell County. Members of the fire department are cross trained and ready to serve on a moments notice!

     The Troy Police Department is comprised of five sworn full time officers, supplemented by a  well trained reserve police force, one animal control officer, and one K9. Community Policing is the prevailing practice by the department.

     With the substantial growth in the area, Troy has a number of new housing projects under development.
