Deposit for new account is $100.00 for water.  Garbage is paid up front at $12.77.  To have your service started, you will need to pay the deposits in full.  Personal checks, cashier’s checks and money orders are accepted.  

 

 

Water bills are mailed out on the 1st day of every month.  You should receive your bill by the 4th at the latest.

Your payment is due by 5:00 pm on the 16th.  If the 16th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, you will have until 5:00pm the next regular business day.  If payment is not received, you will be charged a late fee of $20.00.  If you payment is not received by the 20th of the month, your water service will be disconnected and you will be accessed a reconnect fee of $40.00.  Once your water is turned off you will have to pay the entire balance in order to have your service restored. Service is restored during regular Water Department hours of 8:00a.m.-4:00p.m. There is an after-hours service available for accounts in Disconnect or Delinquent Service. A fee of $50.00 can be made at City Hall for an after-hours turn on. Municipal Office hours are from 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. An after-hours turn-on will need to be paid in advance of an employee being dispatched. 

City hall is open Monday-Friday from 8a-5p.  Payments can be made at city hall during business hours.  Otherwise, there is a NIGHT DROP BOX on the side of the building that you can put your payment in.  You can also mail your payment to the PO Box above. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at the number above.
